| Ups and downs for Avalon |
"Avalon" went down many places on iTunes Norway last week, but today it's back up at #25. In the Hit40 the song now in the top 20, but Norwegian radios, except from Radio 102, still don't have it in their charts.
Anyway, much more is yet to come: three days ago the Lovebugs' album was released in Norway, and tomorrow the Swiss band will perform together with Lene Marlin at the VG-Lista concert in Oslo.

| "Avalon" is getting stronger |
Hit 40 has updated the charts for the last weeks, and we can see how "Avalon" has indeed risen week after week up to #11, then slowing down one week after. Norwegian radios though still do not have Avalon in their charts, but we guess this is about to change: in the last days the song has achieved excellent results on iTunes, getting close to the Top 10, which is a good sign for the sales. In the Norwegian iTunes album chart we have found also the "Avalon" EP (4 tracks), but still we haven't seen the Lovebugs' album.
Many international iTunes charts include now "Good Girl Gone Bad" too, Rihanna's song written by StarGate together with Lene Marlin.

| "Avalon" still uncertain in Norway |
"Avalon" is back in the Swiss Top 100 (37th week in the chart, 128th single ever), while in Norway the song is at #20 on iTunes, having reached place #17 this week.
Coming to the Norwegian radios, still no news but the Radio 102 update. Hit40 has not been updated yet, but Lovebugs' website says that the song has reached place #11 on the airplay chart.
We're waiting for official news about the promotional activities of Lovebugs and Lene in Norway, and about the release date of Avalon in stores.

| "Avalon" out of the Swiss chart |
"Avalon" has left the Swiss Top 100 Singles chart after 36 weeks, almost twice as much as the last record set by a Lovebugs' single, and two times "Where I'm Headed", Lene's best single in Switzerland before now. "Avalon" stands now at #130 in the All-times best Swiss single chart, but jumps very high excluding the many non-Swiss artists in the chart.
So, congratulations again Lovebugs and Lene Marlin on this success!
As this beautiful adventure ends, another one is starting right in these days, even though things are still moving for "Avalon" in Norway, where the song is up to #22 on iTunes! No updates from the radios neither from the Hit40. |

| "Avalon" is not going well |
In Switzerland "Avalon" has not re-entered in the iTunes chart, and is down 20 places in the singles chart, moving to the lower bound of the Top 100.
In Norway, the song is (still) not in many radio charts nor on iTunes, probably because it has not been released yet. Hit40 has not been updated yet.

| "Avalon" down in Switzerland and Norway |
After last week's high jump, this week "Avalon" is down several places in Switzerland, but is getting closer and closer to the Best Selling Ever Top 100 Singles in Switzerland. On iTunes the song is out of the chart again
In Norway "Avalon" is down 21 places, but has entered in the Radio 102 chart. No trace of the song on iTunes so far.

| "Avalon" back in the Top 50 - Hit40 in Norway |
In the Swiss singles chart "Avalon" is up 27 places this week, and it's currently at #44, the best place since two months! On iTunes the song is close to the Top 50.
"Avalon" has not entered in the Norwegian iTunes chart yet, but it's in the Hit40 and up!

| "Avalon" in B-lista in Norway! |
Extra charts update! Surprisingly, we found out that "Avalon" is now in Kanal 24's B-lista. This means the song is currently being played on Norwegian radios, and right now it's in two channels' charts. On Radio Ung (from Kristiansand) it's been in the chart for three weeks so far, being even at #2 last week!
Unfortunately, we don't have more news right now, but this could be a sign that the radio promotion for "Avalon" in Norway has finally started (if we exclude the airplay on Radio Tromsų last november). We're waiting for the Hit40 to be updated, to bring to you more information.
